You will receive a follow-up notification with tracking details once your order has officially been dispatched from our fulfillment center. If we experience an unusually high volume of orders or carrier delays, we will notify you promptly via email.
2. Digital Product Delivery & Fulfillment Policy
For downloadable or digital products, fulfillment is electronic and instantaneous upon verified payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email containing your secure download link(s) or access credentials. You may also access your purchased digital downloads at any time through your customer account.
Non-Delivery Support & 7-Day Claim Window
If you believe your order has not been delivered or you did not receive your product delivery email, please check your email spam, promotions, or junk folders. If it is still not located, you must submit a non-delivery inquiry to our customer care team at help@boosterbundle.orgs.care within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. Our support team will review your order details and assist you in receiving your product promptly.
14-Day Delivery Guarantee & Full Refund
If we encounter an unresolved technical issue and are unable to deliver your purchased digital product within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase, we will automatically issue a 100% full refund directly to your original payment method.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable courier partners, including Standard Postal and Express Carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS), to ensure safe delivery of your packages.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your specified delivery address.

4. International Shipping & Customs Duties

Booster Bundle is not responsible for any customs tariffs or duties imposed on your package. All fees accrued during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation once your parcel is dispatched from our facilities.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If you received your order damaged or suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately at help@boosterbundle.orgs.care so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
Please preserve all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim, as photos of the parcel box and contents are required for courier claims processing.
